郭振明：对中国篮球拨云见日充满信心 对明年女篮世界杯充满信心

直播吧9月7日讯 近日，中国篮协主席郭振明参加了央视节目《篮球公园》的专访。

Q：作为篮协新的掌门人，你有没有希望有朝一日拨开这些云雾，让我们看到阳光？

A：我肯定是充满信心，这个信心来自两个方面，一个是一年半以前，我们中国篮球协会召集业内的教练、前辈开会的时候，到现在我还对一个场景记忆犹新，尤其是在会场，大郅的一句话，让我现在想起来，也是我的信心所在，大郅的原话是，‘中国男篮好的时候，我可能未必来，但是现在中国男篮遇到了困难，我义无反顾。’实际上，大郅的话是这样说的，更是这样做的，在中国男篮备战一年零两个月的时间里，大郅牺牲了他的节假日，业余时间，只要国家队有需要，他随叫随到。

他们身上让我感受到了责任和压力，同时也充满信心。宫鲁鸣指导，接手女篮两个多月的时间，教练组做了大量的基础性的工作，体能训练，队员的体脂，然后科学训练，数据支撑，有些都是一年、两年，系统准备的。但是在半决赛，对日本这场比赛，也表现出了队伍在面对大赛，关键场次，比分胶着，甚至对方领先的时候，抗压能力，应对能力不到位。

当然了，通过比赛就是训练的一面镜子，我们不回避问题，比赛结束后，中国篮协和女篮教练组进行了多轮的系统梳理总结，同时国内的教练、专家也都积极的建言献策，目标只有一个，以问题为导向，通过比赛发现问题，改正问题，也请大家相信，接下来的备战、训练，我们会抓紧时间，解决队伍现在存在的问题，明年的世界杯资格赛和世界杯比赛，我们也充满信心。

青训方面，我们会以U15全国比赛为突破口，把青训、教育、社会培训三个层面的队伍通过U15比赛集中起来，另外把省市、大区、国家三个级别的人才选拔、层次，建立起来，同时我们和国际篮联、和NBA，在青少年球员培养方面，在教练员、裁判员走出去提高水平方面，诸多方面，要有更紧密的合作，接下来我们逐项开展。
